• Technical Credentials & Access: Sandboxed API keys, repository access (e.g. GitHub, GitLab), cloud hosting environments (AWS, Vercel), and CRM credentials (HubSpot, Salesforce) provided by clients exclusively under an active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Website Analytics: Anonymous, privacy-respecting telemetry (browser type, operating system, pages visited) used solely to optimize website performance and uptime.

2. Strict AI Model & Data Boundaries

When Zelvariq builds custom AI Chatbots or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge systems:

• Client data ingested into vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector) remains encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
• We leverage enterprise-tier API endpoints (OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic Commercial, AWS Bedrock) which contractually prohibit the use of customer inputs and completions for model training.
• On-premise or isolated model deployments (e.g., Ollama, self-hosted LLMs) can be architected upon request for clients requiring air-gapped data residency.

3. How We Use and Safeguard Your Data

We never sell, rent, or monetize your information. We process client data strictly for:

• Architecting, developing, and deploying custom mobile apps, web applications, and CRM pipelines.
• Orchestrating automated backend workflows and integrating third-party APIs.
• Fulfilling legal obligations, maintaining project audit logs, and upholding contractual SLAs.
• Preventing security vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, and cyber threats.

4. Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

Unlike SaaS vendors who trap your workflows in proprietary walled gardens, Zelvariq Technologies delivers custom software where 100% of all intellectual property, source code, data schemas, and assets are owned exclusively by the client upon contract settlement.

5. Data Retention & Deletion (GDPR & CCPA)

In compliance with GDPR and international data protection regulations, clients and website visitors retain the right to:

• Request an audit copy of all personal and project data maintained on file.
• Request permanent deletion of development staging environments, test keys, and communication logs.
• Revoke third-party API tokens and integrations at any time upon project handoff.
